Not just a clinic: an integrated facility
Sorriso Sicuro was set up to give international patients European-standard dental care in Tirana. We are part of the Albadent group, and that changes the substance of what we do: clinic and dental laboratory work within the same building, to the same standards, with a direct line between the people providing the treatment and the people making the prosthesis.
The result is a pathway that is better controlled at every stage (diagnosis, digital design, surgery, production and finalisation) and quicker turnaround, with no outside intermediaries.

The dental laboratory is inside the clinic
This is one of our main advantages. Through the Albadent group we have our own in-house dental laboratory: prosthetics are not sent out to third parties but designed and produced on our premises, with direct control over every stage.

The traditional model vs ours
Traditional: the clinic provides the treatment, an external laboratory makes the prosthesis, with shipping and waiting in between.

Implants and materials from international manufacturers
We use implant systems from internationally recognised manufacturers, with traceable CE certification. The brand and reference of the implants placed are always given to you and documented.

Straumann, Nobel Biocare, DIO, MegaGen and Osstem: systems with extensive clinical literature and long-term availability of components.
High-translucency zirconia
For crowns and bridges we use aesthetic high-translucency zirconia, biocompatible and hard-wearing, milled in our in-house laboratory.
Traceability and guarantee
Every material is traceable; implants carry a 10-year guarantee under the conditions set out in your treatment plan.
Sterilisation and protocols
Patient safety is a procedure, not a promise. We follow strict protocols at every stage of treatment.
